Parcel Extract (overview)

Import cadastral parcel data from supported regional registries

Parcel Extract is the umbrella name for Atlas's regional cadastral integrations. Each supported country has its own integration in the right-hand Integrations panel; this page lists them all and links to the country-specific docs.

Supported registries

CountryIntegrationDoc
NorwayGårdskart (NIBIO)Gårdskart
SwedenLantmäteriet Fastighet Search (Premium)Lantmäteriet
ItalyAgenzia delle EntrateAgenzia delle Entrate

Additional Scandinavian property data is available via the TomteData integration.

How they work

Each integration:

  1. Lives in the project's Integrations panel (right-hand side, below the Tools tab).
  2. Asks for a country-specific identifier — either a parcel number, a property designation, or an area of interest polygon.
  3. Calls the registry's API and returns matching parcels as a new vector layer in your project.
  4. Includes any cadastral attributes the source provides as feature properties.

Once imported, the parcels behave like any other vector dataset — style, filter, analyse, publish.

Plan availability

  • Free / Pro — generally support free regional registries (Gårdskart, Agenzia delle Entrate).
  • Team / Enterprise — additionally unlock premium registries (Lantmäteriet).

If an integration you expect isn't visible in the Integrations panel, the workspace plan likely doesn't include it. Workspace owners can review available integrations in the Billing settings.

Limits and notes

  • Each registry has its own attribution and data-licensing requirements; check the country-specific doc before publishing.
  • Atlas does not modify the registry data — what you see in the imported layer is what the registry returned at request time.
